With the release of our new Device Integration Plugins recently, Reekoh is proud to introduce its latest addition to the category. The SIGFOX Device Integration Plugin enables you to sync devices with SIGFOX through the REST API.
We’ll walk you through the guide below to demonstrate how this plugin works.
To start off, you need to log in to your Reekoh account. Once you’re in the Instance Manager, navigate to Plugins > Plugin Store to install your SIGFOX Device Integration plugin. You may refer to our Plugin document for more info.
Next, register your device integration by navigating to Devices > Integrations > Register New Device Integration. Complete the form that comes next.
Once configuration is complete, you can view the device integration by navigating to Devices > Integrations > All Device Integrations.
Device Integration runs every 10 minutes, which sync devices from the SIGFOX portal to Reekoh. If you want to manually sync your devices, just click SYNC. You should be able to see a notification saying that manual device sync has been executed.
To check if your devices has been synced and updated, navigate to Devices > All Devices and then locate your devices. Click your selected device to view the updated device information.
